Start Living Your Agápe Life

What Is Agápe?

Agápe is the unconditional, sacrificial love of God for us, and by His Holy Spirit we are able to reciprocate that back to Him and others. The greatest display of Agápe love was the sacrifice of the Son of God on the cross. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8 NASB

What happens when you start living your agápe life?

  • You deepen your relationship with the Lord.

  • You encourage growth in your faith, hope, and love.

  • You journey through life’s greatest trials with prayer and testimony
and apply the word to your life.

About Riva

Riva Sari

Why I Want to be Your Coach

I am a servant at heart, taking great pride in helping others through some of life’s most challenging circumstances. During my many years in the medical field, whether working in private home care or in a rehabilitation or long-term acute care facility, I cared for—and cared about—my patients, who ranged from young adults to the elderly, with a broad-spectrum of physical and cognitive demands. Not only have I attended to those with chronic diseases and disabilities, I have also assisted with palliative care, providing support for both patients and their families. I know full well the depths of grief, having been personally affected by it. Losing my two sisters to substance use disorder (SUD) propelled me into a more specific branch of healthcare, behavioral health in 2014. Though my sisters passed away many years prior, it took me some time to reflect and realize that God could use me to help others suffering with SUD and co-occurring disorders (COD) i.e., depression and anxiety.

Following my transition into behavioral health , I’ve worked in detoxes, as well as a clinical stabilization service (CSS) program. Also, I led a grief group in a twelve-step Christ-centered program. As a result of both my professional and personal experiences, I have chosen now to become a life coach with a Christian focus on grief, SUD/COD, addiction, and those suffering with chronic diseases such as cancer, with which I have personal history.

None of our struggles defines who we are or God’s purpose for our life! As your life coach and partner in overcoming your challenges, I want to come alongside you to lend assistance with patience, compassion, and empathy, in any area where you may be stuck. My call is to help guide you towards your purpose and a successful future. I consider it an honor to run this race with you.

  • I am pleased to say I have known Riva for over 7 years and worked with her for 1 year in my role as Director of Operations at Recovery Centers of America Danvers. Riva is one of the most passionate and compassionate individuals I have had the opportunity to work with in the field of SUD. She understands the issues that individuals struggle with to facilitate their recovery and is not only a great guide for this process but also has skills to challenge the individual and family to take a close look at the blocks that are in the way. These skills will serve her well as she embarks on her new role as a life coach for families struggling with SUD.

  • I hired Riva with Recovery Centers of America to work as a Recovery Support Specialist. She and I worked together for roughly a year opening two inpatient hospitals treating adults with opiate use disorder. Riva was committed to creating an environment that was nurturing for everyone. She was dedicated and always put in extra time when needed. Not only was she attentive to patients and committed to creating a therapeutic environment for them, but she was also always readily available to help her peers and assist in training new RSS’s when they came on board. Anyone would be lucky to work Riva and I would gladly work with her again given the opportunity.
